CA21128 COST Action PROBONO in collaboration with the Yeditepe University and the Bandirma Onyedi Eylul University organize the International Workshop on PROton BOron Nuclear Fusion: from Energy Production to Medical ApplicatiOns, which will take place on 5–8 October 2026 in Istanbul, Turkey.

The workshop aims to bring together researchers and experts to present and discuss recent scientific and technological advances in proton–boron nuclear fusion and related fields. Particular emphasis will be placed on the main outcomes of the COST Action PROBONO, summarizing the results of four years of collaborative research (2022-2026), as well as on future perspectives beyond the Action. The program will cover experimental, theoretical, and applied aspects, ranging from energy production to medical applications.
