STSM call for the 2nd Grant Period
The new Grant Period for the COST ACTION PROBONO - CA21128 has already started and the invitation for new STSM applications is open. The Action intend to support many young researchers from Inclusiveness Target Countries as well as other researchers to carry out short-term scientific missions abroad on objectives linked to that of the PROBONO Action.
Workshop-2023 Completed
The 3rd International Workshop on Proton-Boron Fusion in Prague (CZ), co-organized by COST Action CA21128 PROBONO and the ELI, was succesfully completed!
The Workshop programme included 9 invited talks, 35 oral presentations, 11 poster presentations and was attended by more than 90 participants. The Cost Action PROBONO had a significant contribution, with many of the presentations been given by Actions members, while many of the participants were or became Action members.
Training School 2023 completed
The 5th "Laser-Plasma Summer School - LaPLaSS, "High Intensity Laser-Plasma processes for Laser Fusion and related applications” (4-7 September 2023) held at the CLPU. CENTRO DE LÁSERES PULSADOS and co-organised by the COST Action PROBONO was very successful!
The school hosted 57 students including 38 students supported by COST ACTION PROBONO - CA21128.
Professional lectures were given by 15 experienced lecturers including our colleagues (Marco Borghesi, Fabrizio Consoli, Daniele Margarone, Olga Rosmej and luca volpe).
