The applications for the 2nd Intensive School in Laser, Plasma & Fusion are open until 28th of April 2025.
The school will be held in Budva of Montenegro from the 22nd to 25th of September 2025 and is co-organized by the Faculty of Science and Mathematics of the University of Montenegro and the COST Action PROBONO (PROton BOron Nuclear fusion: from energy production to medical applicatiOns).
The school aims to offer exceptional scientific training to young emerging researchers interested in pursuing a career in the field of high power lasers plasmas and particularly focusing on laser fusion. It will feature plenary lectures and specialized talks presented by renowned scientists in the field and will include hands-on sessions with experimental and simulation activities.
We invite BSc graduates, MSc students, PhD candidates or early PostDocs in Physics and related disciplines to apply for participation. There is no registration fee to attend this school, while a significant number of students will have the opportunity to receive financial support by the COST Action PROBONO.
